Korg MA-30 Digital Metronome
I bought this little metronome a few months ago to replace an older one that had broke. I wasn’t even planning to use it very much, but I knew that I needed one for those special occassions where I needed to practice my rhythm and timing. When I pulled it out of the packagae and started playing around with it, I was amazed at how many features it had! In fact, because of all of its features, I use this handy little tool much more often than I was expecting. My old metronome broke because I dropped it on the floor just ONCE, but the Korg MA-30 is indestructible! I’ve already dropped it several times and it’s durable enough to not show any signs of breakage.
The MA-30 is one of the latest innovative metronomes from Korg, which is why it includes so many new features. These include:
- Highly visual liquid crystal pendulum
- 13 different rhythms are built-in so you can practice to more than a click track
- Rhythms include duplets, triplets, triplets with inner beats omitted, quadruplets, and quadruplets with inner beats omitted
- Twelve reference pitches C4 -B4 for you to tune to
- Adjustable calibration (438-445 Hz)
- Adjustable volume
- Tempo adjusts from 40-208 bpm
- Tap function for setting the tempo
- Earphone jack so only you can hear it
- Memory backup function
- Approximately 250 hours of continuous use
